Michael Berger

Michael Berger has over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry. Michael began their career as a Marketing Representative at Federated Mutual Insurance from 1976 to 1982. Michael then founded their own insurance agency, Berger & Company Inc., in 1982 and successfully grew the business until 2001. In 2001, Michael became the President/Founder, Owner & Manager of Berger & O'Neal Insurance Group, where they achieved continued growth and success. In 2019, they joined PointeNorth Insurance Group as a Senior Vice President and equity owner. Additionally, Michael started a side business called Cadence Bikes & Multisport in 2009, which created a positive customer experience in the biking community. Michael partnered with a larger insurance brokerage firm in 2022 as part of their retirement planning.

Michael Berger attended the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 1972 to 1976. Michael earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree during this time. The field of study for their degree is not specified.
