Shyama Neelambika

Shyama Neelambika has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Customer Support Representative at Merge Gaming for nine months. In 2009, they joined IBM as a Helpdesk Specialist and stayed there for a year and four months. Moving on in their career, they joined SAP in October 2010 as a Network Operations Engineer and worked there until May 2014. In June 2015, Shyama joined Barclays as a Senior Integration Analyst for a period of seven months. Following that, they spent two years and ten months at Expeditors as an Application Support Specialist. Their most recent position is with The Pokémon Company International, where they started in September 2019 as an Operations Engineer.

Shyama Neelambika obtained a Diploma in Information Technology with a focus in Enterprise Computing from Temasek Polytechnic, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Shyama then pursued a Bachelor of Information Technology degree in Computing at the University of Wollongong from 2009 to 2010.

Shyama also holds several additional certifications. In December 2011, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Certification (v3) from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In December 2004, they earned the certification for Designing And Implementing Database using SQL Server 2000 from NIIT Technologies Limited. Shyama Neelambika also obtained the Oracle Database SQL Certified Expert certification from Oracle in December 2016.

Furthermore, they have acquired several certifications related to cloud computing and incident management. In October 2019, Shyama Neelambika obtained the AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials (Second Edition) certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Shyama then acquired the AWS Technical Essentials certification in September 2020 from the same institution. Additionally, they obtained the PagerDuty Incident Responder certification from PagerDuty in October 2020. Shyama also holds the Sumo Logic Certified - Search Mastery and Sumo Logic Certified - Fundamentals certifications from Sumo Logic, acquired in July 2020.
