Yuya Toyomaru

Yuya Toyomaru is a seasoned professional in project management and marketing, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Bilingual Project Management at The Pokémon Company International since September 2023. In this role, Yuya leads a team of bilingual project managers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, localized content for the Trading Card Game, fostering effective communication with stakeholders. Prior to this, Yuya held various senior marketing positions at Amazon from 2017 to 2023, where responsibilities included leading marketing strategies for Amazon Kids+ in both the U.S. and Japan, as well as partner marketing initiatives in Japan. Yuya's earlier experience includes brand marketing at Mattel, production leadership at Bandai Co., Ltd, and a significant tenure at Bandai America Inc., developing successful brands and managing various divisions. Yuya holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Nanzan University.
