Ivana Kostadinova

Ivana Kostadinova has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and consultancy.

Ivana started their career at Asseco South Eastern Europe (ASEE) in 2012, where they worked as a Technical Business Analyst and Software Engineer. Ivana remained with ASEE until December 2016.

In 2017, they joined two different companies simultaneously. At Matrix Global, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer from January 2017 to October 2018. During the same period, they also took on a consultancy assignment at La-Mark Vision Ltd. as a Senior Software Engineer and Cloud Developer.

In November 2018, Ivana joined Telenor as an Agile Team Lead on a consultancy assignment. Ivana worked with Telenor until 2018.

More recently, Ivana has been working at Polar Cape since November 2018 as a Senior Consultant. Ivana later took on the role of Consultant Manager in January 2020, where they are currently employed.

Overall, Ivana has gained valuable experience in software engineering, consultancy, and team leadership throughout their career.

Ivana Kostadinova attended Ss. Cyril and Methodius University from 2004 to 2009. Ivana studied at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences and obtained a degree in the Institute of Informatics. Ivana'sfield of study was Computer Science, and they graduated as an engineer in informatics.
