Riikka Ahola

Riikka Ahola is a Senior Researcher at Polar Electro Oy since November 2015, specializing in Exercise and Health Sciences within the Polar Research Center. Prior to this role, Riikka served as a University Lecturer at the University of Oulu from January 2005 to February 2016, where responsibilities included Degree Programme Director, Teacher, Doctoral Program Coordinator, and Coordinator of the iBioMEP graduate school. Riikka also gained experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Researcher/PhD Student during this time. Academically, Riikka holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering and an MSc in Medical and Wellness Technology, both obtained from the University of Oulu.
