Kaitlyn Allison has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kaitlyn began their career as a Program Development Assistant at Ignite TX, where they contributed to the growth of the non-profit organization through social media management, program evaluation, and curriculum development. Kaitlyn then joined Honda Financial Services as a Customer Marketing Representative, where they excelled in managing clients' financial lease accounts and providing excellent customer service. Following that, Kaitlyn worked as a Cloud Recruiting Advisor at Recruiting.com, utilizing technology solutions to help employers attract and hire the right talent. Kaitlyn then joined Tiffs Treats as a Sales Associate, where they focused on providing excellent customer service and promoting the company. Kaitlyn later became a National Recruiter at Cross Resource Group, finding top talent in various industries.
