Jessica Chadwick has extensive experience in HR roles, ranging from HR Resourcing Manager to Chief People Officer. Jessica has worked in various companies such as PeoplePlus UK and A4e, where Jessica led the HR agenda, managed recruitment processes, and provided strategic support for resourcing and talent development. With a BA Hons in Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University, Jessica has demonstrated leadership in attracting, retaining, and developing talent in various organizations.

Within the community, we have independent fostering and adoption agencies who have been passionately improving the lives of young people for over 30 years, as well as Leaving Care services, Education and bespoke children’s services contracts.
