Maile Morehart

Maile Morehart began their work experience in 2010 as an Account Manager for PEAR by M2M, which was later acquired by EnerNOC, Inc in January 2011. Their role involved helping Agriculture growers in the Central Valley participate in Demand Response Programs by utilizing remote curtailment devices.

In 2011, they transitioned to the role of Business Development Manager at EnerNOC, Inc, where they focused on developing and providing clean and intelligent energy solutions to various customers and power grid operators. Maile worked in this position until February 2014.

From 2014 to 2016, Maile served as a Project Manager at CalCom Solar, specializing in providing solar services to the Agriculture sector in the Central Valley. Their responsibilities included conducting feasibility studies, reducing costs for water and crops, and ensuring proper sizing of solar PV systems.

Since October 2016, Maile has been working as a Senior Account Manager at Polaris Energy Services. Maile has unique expertise in Ag Energy Mitigation and extensive experience in Ag/Water/Energy Interaction. Their role involves assisting clients in maximizing their returns and avoiding pitfalls through surface water distribution, changing allotments, and deep well pumping.

Maile Morehart attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2001 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agricultural Business and Management.
