Ming Xu has four years of work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Customer Engineer at iKala, where they supported customers with Amazon Web Service (AWS) billing, usage, and management, provided solution architecture for customers as a consultant, and troubleshooted with AWS support and customer engineer customer's issue. In 2020, they became a Cloud Engineer at eCloudvalley Digital Technology. In 2019, they were an Adjunct Assistant at National Taichung University of Science and Technology. In 2018, they were an Engineering Intern at 財務法人自行車保健科技研發發展中心.

Ming Xu obtained a Bachelor's degree in information management from the National Taichung University of Science and Technology between 2016 and 2019.
