Carrie Guthrie

Carrie Guthrie is an experienced human resources executive with a strong background in talent management and corporate HR functions. Currently serving as the Vice President of Global Talent Management at Polaris Inc., Carrie has held various leadership roles including Vice President of Corporate Human Resources and Talent Management, as well as Vice President of Global Human Resources for Corporate Functions, Digital, and International. Prior to their tenure at Polaris, Carrie contributed as a Global HR Manager at General Electric, worked as an HR Manager at Target, and served as a Senior HR Generalist at Polaris Industries. Additionally, Carrie is a member of the Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish Minnesota.
