Clint Nichols has extensive experience in business development, strategic sourcing, project management, and account management. Clint currently holds the position of Lead, Business Development at Polaris Inc., where they are responsible for redefining and re-launching a Membership program. Prior to this, Clint worked as a Global Strategic Sourcing Lead at Polaris Inc., where they executed a global supply base optimization project. Clint has also worked at Harley-Davidson Motor Company as both a Project Manager and Global Commodity Manager, responsible for implementing changes and defining global sourcing strategies. Earlier in their career, Clint held roles at Werner Electric Supply as an Account Manager, CareFusion as a Purchasing Agent, and Viking Electric Supply as an Account Representative. Throughout their career, Clint has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive sales growth and develop strategic partnerships.

Clint Nichols holds a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Professional Selling/Market Development from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Clint also has a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, also from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

In terms of additional certifications, Clint has obtained a certificate in Executive Communications from Gibson Consulting in February 2021. Clint also holds a certification in The Six Morning Habits of High Performers from LinkedIn, obtained in May 2020. Another certification they have is in PPAP OVERVIEW from AIAG - Automotive Industry Action Group, acquired in June 2019. Additionally, Clint obtained a Certificate of Membership from Toastmasters International in May 2017.
