Erik Rogers

Erik Rogers has a diverse work experience, with a focus on innovation and design in various industries. Erik currently serves as the Boats Innovation Design (B.I.G.) Lead at Polaris Inc., where they explore new ideas in the boating industry and aims to simplify the boating experience for newcomers. Prior to this, they worked as an Industrial Designer at Polaris Inc. and was responsible for developing design solutions.

Before joining Polaris Inc., Erik worked as a Marine Designer at Groupe Beneteau for nearly six years, where they contributed to marine design projects. Erik also has experience as a self-employed Owner Principal Artisan Carpenter, providing custom solutions for home remodels and maximizing design within specific budgets.

Additionally, Erik has worked as a New Market Design Engineer at Sonoco, designing packaging for various products. Erik also served as a Product Designer at Paul C. Buff Inc., involved in designing products related to photography lighting.

Furthermore, Erik has a background in marine design, as they worked at Stratos Boats, where they were responsible for designing fishing boats and collaborating with suppliers on prototyping and manufacturability.
