Dustin Weinbrecht

Dustin Weinbrecht has a diverse work experience in various managerial roles. Dustin started their career at Covance in 2006 as a Pre-Analytical Operations Lead, where they supervised department employees, scheduled personnel, ensured regulatory compliance, and supported the department manager. In 2008, they joined BioStorage Technologies, Inc. as an Operations Supervisor, where they supervised a team of laboratory technicians, conducted interviews and evaluations, and implemented policies and procedures resulting in departmental milestones and client satisfaction.

In 2010, Dustin became a Manufacturing Operations Manager at Thermal Structures Inc., Midwest Division. In this role, they managed a staff of 70+ employees across multiple areas of operation, implemented lean manufacturing principles, estimated and negotiated budgets and timescales, ensured quality control standards, and organized equipment maintenance. Dustin also cross-trained worker teams for maximum production flexibility.

In 2014, Dustin joined POLARIS Laboratories®, where they held multiple roles. Dustin started as a Site Operations Manager, responsible for the main laboratory and four remote locations. Dustin then became a Senior Operations Manager and later the Director of US Operations. Their role as the Director of North American Laboratory Operations involved managing all laboratory operations, leading lean and continuous improvement efforts, and overseeing procurement and maintenance programs.

Throughout their career, Dustin has demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and continuous improvement skills.

Dustin Weinbrecht completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Dustin attended this university from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their degree, Dustin obtained the certification of Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in February 2013.
