Mike Baldzicki

Mike Baldzicki has extensive experience in the specialty pharmacy industry. Mike currently holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Polaris Specialty Pharmacy. In addition, they serve as a Member of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy.

Prior to their current roles, Mike worked as a Principal Consultant for Healthcare | Specialty Pharmacy Consulting. Mike also held executive positions at AscellaHealth LLC, where they served as the Chief Brand Officer and later as the Executive Vice President of Growth & Strategy.

Mike has also held leadership roles at BioMatrix SpRx, PhyzData Healthcare Solutions, Bayer, CareCentrix, BioRx (A Diplomat Company), and Armada Health Care. Each position contributed to their extensive expertise in market access, customer solutions, managed markets, industry relations, and advocacy.

Mike Baldzicki attended Mentor High School from 1989 to 1993. Mike then went on to Mercyhurst University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree from 1993 to 1997. In addition, they have an additional certification in Clinical Research Compliance Management from MD Anderson Cancer Center.
