Charlotte Silfversparre

Charlotte Silfversparre has over 30 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Charlotte currently holds the position of Lead Executive Search/Special Projects at Polestar, where they are responsible for end-to-end recruitment across the organization. Prior to this, they were the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Polestar and played a key role in building the internal corporate recruiting department. Silfversparre also has extensive experience at Volvo Cars, where they served as a Senior Recruiter and played a strategic role in establishing the internal corporate recruiting department. Charlotte has also worked as an Executive Search Recruiter at Silfversparre Consulting AB, a Senior Recruiter at Experis Sweden, and held various recruitment roles at Manpower Inc. and Adecco Sverige. Their career began at DaimlerChrysler, where they worked in the accounting department. Silfversparre's expertise lies in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various business functions within global organizations.
