Jon Marshall

Jon Marshall is a seasoned Senior UX Designer currently contributing to Polestar's mission of advancing a fully electric, climate-neutral future since October 2022. Previously, Jon played a key role at Rebank, a Y-Combinator backed FinTech startup, from November 2019 to July 2022, focusing on business banking for high-growth companies. Jon's extensive experience includes positions such as Head of UX at Carré Noir, where the emphasis was on transitioning to a customer-centric branding approach, and as a Senior UX Architect at AKQA, facilitating the rollout of Volvo's car configurator and developing the 'Care by Volvo' service. Additional freelance roles include significant contributions to startups and established agencies, such as Sofar Sounds and Pottermore, enhancing user experience through research and design. Jon holds a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design from Falmouth University.
