Sivachandran K currently serves as the R&D Head for Product Design and Development at STERLING GTAKE E-MOBILITY LTD., focusing on motor control units, inverters, EV motors, battery packs, and functional safety since October 2022. Prior to this role, Sivachandran was the Deputy General Manager in the R&D Electrical Vehicle Business Unit at Delta Electronics, where responsibilities included product design and development for various electrical vehicle components, ensuring compliance with global requirements. Sivachandran has extensive experience at Bosch Global Software Technologies, holding multiple positions from Software Engineer to Engineering Manager, with a focus on electric and hybrid vehicles. Earlier career experience includes work as an Embedded Software Engineer at Nexsys Controls Pvt Ltd. Sivachandran holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Executive General Management from the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli, a Master of Science in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from J.J. College of Engineering and Technology.
