Kirsty Aaron

Kirsty Aaron is a highly experienced professional in the field of Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH), currently serving as a Senior NVH Engineer at Polestar since November 2022. Prior roles include Senior Development Engineer - NVH at Gordon Murray Design, NVH Engineer at Group Lotus, and NVH Engineer at McLaren Automotive Ltd, where additional responsibilities included serving as a Series Project Coordinator. Kirsty began their career at Bentley Motors Ltd as an NVH Project Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from The Open University and a degree in German with Management from the University of Hull, complemented by studies in Business and Management at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
