Bas Rouwers

Bas Rouwers currently serves as Manager Operations - Consumer Loans at Polestar Capital, leading a team of 30-35 FTE responsible for the evaluation and acceptance of credit applications in compliance with guidelines and procedures. Prior experience includes serving as Team Leader of Credit Acceptance at Geldshop, overseeing a team and optimizing performance, as well as roles in credit acceptance and advisory services, where responsibilities included analyzing credit applications and assessing customer creditworthiness. Bas Rouwers holds a Havo diploma from Winford and is pursuing a Wwft Awareness degree from The Ministry of Compliance.
