Dave Callow

Dave Callow has extensive work experience in various roles related to IT and management. Dave started their career in 1997 as a Returns Clerk at Info'Products. Dave then moved on to work as a Credit Clerk at Essex County Council before joining Abercorn Plant & Garden Centre as an Assistant Manager. In 2002, they transitioned to Essex Police, where they held several positions including Clerical Assistant, Training Centre Technician, HR Systems Support Officer, IT Application Administrator, IT Application Administration Team Leader, IT Applications Operations Team Leader, and IT Applications Operations Manager. In 2016, they served as the IT Commercial Applications Manager before becoming the IT Commercial Applications & Database Services Manager in 2019. Dave'smost recent role was as the Head of Service Operations at the Police Digital Service, starting in 2023.
