Currently serving as a Consultant Project Manager at Police Digital Service since August 2021, Dean oversees the Digital Evidence Project and the Law Enforcement Capability Model Project. Previous roles include managing application migration projects at Warwickshire Police, leading a range of ICT and business change initiatives at Greater Manchester Combined Authority, and overseeing technical deliveries at ITSO Ltd. With a solid foundation in project management for utilities and local government, Dean also has experience in smart ticketing projects with Transport for Greater Manchester and National Express. Dean holds a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages from the University of Wolverhampton.
