Mariana Magre

Head of Customer Success at Polichat

Mariana Magre has been working in the customer success field since 2018. Mariana began their career at Auvo Tecnologia as a Customer Success Analyst, acting in a SAAS startup which was elected one of the 100 most innovative startups in Brazil in 2019. In this role, they helped execute strategies to improve the customer experience, maximize retention and expand the customer base. Mariana then moved on to Investidor Sardinha as the Head of Customer Success in 2021, and is currently in the same role at Poli since 2022.

Mariana Magre obtained their Bachelor's degree in Publicidade e Propaganda from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás in 2012. Mariana then went on to receive their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Comunicação e Marketing Digital from Faculdade Cambury in 2014. In 2021, Mariana began a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - Especialização in Tecnologias para Gestão de Negócios at Universidade Federal de Goiás, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
