Rayellen Kishbach

Rayellen Kishbach has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a particular focus on healthcare policy and regulations. Rayellen currently holds the position of Director of Business Development at Policy Reporter, where they play a key role in automating the process of monitoring and navigating policy changes for pharmaceutical and medical industries. Prior to this, they worked at Infor as a Healthcare Content Manager, contributing to the design, development, and distribution of customer-facing content and experience deliverables. Rayellen also served as an Account Manager at Canary Insights, where they assisted subscribers in utilizing the alerting services and research tools related to US government and commercial payer medical and reimbursement policy.

Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory US, including Director of Customer Success and Lead Sales Engineer, where they provided leadership and support for the healthcare and life sciences regulatory research product line. Rayellen also worked as a Senior Product Manager, overseeing the management of web-based healthcare content and tools.

Their career began at MediRegs Healthcare and Life Sciences, where they worked as a Content Editor and later as a Product Manager, gaining valuable experience in content editing and product management in the healthcare industry.

Rayellen Kishbach is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling at Fitchburg State University. Their education at this institution began in 2016 and is currently on hold as of 2018. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from UMass Boston. In terms of additional certifications, Rayellen has completed a course titled "Generative AI: The Evolution of Thoughtful Online Search" through LinkedIn in July 2023.
