Abbie Langston

Abbie Langston serves as the Vice President of Research at PolicyLink, where leadership includes the development of the National Equity Atlas and conducting research focused on racial economic equity. Langston has held various roles at PolicyLink since July 2015, including Director of the Equitable Economy and Senior Associate, emphasizing tailored analyses and democratizing access to equity data. Prior experience includes an Instructor and researcher position at Duke University, where dissertation work explored "Whiteness in the 21st Century Economy," curriculum design, and editing for publication. Langston also holds a PhD in Literature and a BA in Literature from Duke University. Additionally, participation in the Mellon/ACLS Public Fellows program provided valuable experience in government and nonprofit sectors.
