Priya Perimalu

Priya Perimalu began their career in 2010 as an Underwriter at Prudential Services Asia. In 2012, they moved to Allianz Sdn Bhd as a Senior Claims Analyst. In 2013, they joined MCIS Zurich Sdn Bhd as a Senior Claims Specialist. In 2014, Priya joined Marsh & McLennan Companies as an Operations Manager in Brokerage operations and Regional Contact Centre. Priya was later promoted to Operations Manager in Brokerage operations and Team Manager in Brokerage operations. In 2022, Priya was appointed as Vice President - Head of Business Support and Service at PolicyStreet, where they lead the Business Support and Service team by co-ordinating and maintaining the facilities and strategies as a whole. Priya is also responsible for measuring team performance against a range of key performance indicators in order to deliver service improvements, management information and service delivery.

Priya Perimalu has a comprehensive educational background. Priya earned their Doctorate of Engineering, EngD in Chemical and Energy Engineering - Process Plant Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2020. Priya also earned their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in SHE (Chemical and Energy Engineering) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2014. Furthermore, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Management and Science University in 2010.
