Louie DelaCruz-Reyes has extensive work experience in the manufacturing operations field. Louie started their career in 1996 at Amkor Technology, where they worked as a Customer Device Qualification Engineer and later as a Product Development Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for reviewing customer requirements, providing technical guidance in material sourcing, and overseeing the qualification of new products. From 1998 to 2006, Louie worked as a Material/Product/Process Research & Development Engineer at Amkor Technology, focusing on new process and material development through experimentation and statistical analysis.

In 2006, Louie joined Analog Devices as an External Technology & Manufacturing Manager (OSAT Management). In this role, they monitored subcontractor quality performance, developed improvement programs aligned with corporate goals, and resolved assembly quality problems. Louie held this position until 2023.

Currently, Louie is serving as the Director of Manufacturing Operations at poLight. In this role, they oversee suppliers and ensures that production, performance, and quality standards are consistently met. Louie is also responsible for New Product Introduction (NPI) and identifies opportunities for performance improvement in quality, yield, throughput, and cost factors.

Louie DelaCruz-Reyes obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Ateneo de Manila Graduate School of Business (AGSB) from 2012 to 2017.
