MacIej Rodak

Maciej Rodak is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience in air navigation services, currently serving as Vice-President ANS (COO/CTO) at the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency since 2015. Rodak has held various significant roles, including Chairman of the Board of Directors at SESAR Deployment Manager and Chairman of the EASA ATM Sub-Committee. Previously, Rodak was the first CEO/President of PANSA, overseeing its establishment, and has contributed to global aviation safety and standards through positions in CANSO and EUROCONTROL. Rodak holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology and has completed postgraduate studies in Economy and Management at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
