Cedric Chan

Cedric Chan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent strategy and human resources. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Talent at POLITICO, Cedric has previously held significant roles at Capital One as Lead of Talent Strategy & Growth and at Vox Media as Senior Director and Chief of Staff, overseeing People Strategy & Planning. Cedric’s career also includes positions at Mandiant as an HR Business Partner, Kroll as an HR Specialist, and the National Institutes of Health in a similar role. Early career experiences include working as a Patent Examiner at USPTO and an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Citi. Cedric holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Georgetown University.
