Kristen Young

Kristen Young has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kristen began their career as a Marketing and Graphic Design Intern at Alchemi Design & Publications in 2010. Kristen then worked as a Professor's Assistant at High Point University in 2010 and as a Sales Associate at Under Armour in 2011. In 2012, Kristen served as a Sales Associate and Product Demonstrator at Backyard Boats and as a Teaching Assistant at High Point University. Kristen also held the position of Communications Intern at SoundExchange. From 2012 to 2014, Kristen was the President of Zeta Tau Alpha. Kristen then joined The Advisory Board Company, where they worked as a Sales and Marketing Associate, Manager of Technology Account Management, and finally as a Senior Manager of Technology Account Management. In 2017, Kristen moved to EAB as a Senior Manager of Account Management, where they managed executive-level relationships and provided advice and guidance to maximize member engagement. Most recently, they joined POLITICO in 2018 and has held roles such as Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Account Management. In their current role, Kristen is responsible for managing relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and incorporating client feedback into product development and editorial priorities.
