Lisa Leonard

Lisa Leonard has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Lisa most recently worked at POLITICO as the Head of Associations, Advocacy, and States Partnerships, where they led a team of business development directors and worked closely with influential associations and coalitions to advance their agendas. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director and Senior Director of Business Development at POLITICO. Lisa also has experience in advertising operations, having worked at Atlantic Media Company as an Advertising Operations Manager. Lisa began their career as a Membership Representative at the American Nurses Association. Lisa's political experience includes working as a Field Organizer for Obama for America and as an Intern for Senator John Warner in the U.S. Senate. Lisa also has healthcare experience as a Summer Intern in the Nurse Educators Department at Washington Hospital Center.

Lisa Leonard earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Art History from Washington and Lee University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008.
