Alex Bai

Alex is an attorney with a background in energy policy and litigation. Before joining Pollination, Alex was a Staff Attorney at the Illinois Commerce Commission, specializing in regulatory actions against retail electric and gas suppliers in Illinois. Alex was previously a Legal and Policy Advisor to the Chairman of the Commission for two years, advising her on a variety of energy matters at the state and federal levels. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Alex worked at American Airlines and Nielsen as a marketing data analyst. He received his Juris Doctor from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.
