Ashley Woods

Ashley has more than 20 years experience advising on and executing transactions across fintech, energy and oil & gas sectors. He previously worked alongside the Founder and CEO of a large privately owned software company focussed on automation of business critical processes to implement the group’s strategic capital raisings, M&A and financing transactions along with other operational matters. In addition, Ashley was responsible for the development and operations of a real estate project in the Caribbean working closely with several of the world’s top luxury hotel brands. Ashley has also worked as a M&A lawyer at top tier international law firms in London, Tokyo and Melbo
