Glen Jimenez

Glen Jimenez is currently serving as the Director of Facilities at Pollo Campero since March 2023. Previously, Glen held the position of Senior Facilities Manager at CAVA from January 2019 to March 2023 and served as Facilities Manager at Zoës KITCHEN from February 2015 to March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Facilities Manager at Toys"R"Us from January 2012 to February 2015 and Project Manager & Service Manager at Divcon EMS from September 2008 to January 2012. Glen also worked as Facilities Manager for Stores at The Container Store from November 2000 to September 2008, where responsibilities included overseeing store repairs and maintenance nationwide, collaborating on new store designs, and developing budget and project management processes. Glen studied at The University of Texas at Arlington from 1990 to 1992.
