Amanda Shore

Amanda Shore is an experienced sales and service professional with a strong background in call center management and operations within the insurance industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales and Service at Polly since September 2021, Amanda previously held the position of Vice President of Sales at SimplyIOA for a brief period in early 2021. Amanda's experience includes directing sales operations at Plymouth Rock Assurance from May 2017 to February 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple teams within a call center. Prior to that, Amanda spent nearly eight years at QuinStreet, progressing through various roles such as Director of the QuinStreet Insurance Agency, Senior Call Center Manager, Senior Sales Manager, Operations Analyst, and Team Lead Manager. Early in the career, Amanda began as a Licensed 2-20 Property and Casualty Insurance Agent, which provided foundational expertise in customer service and sales.
