Ashley Kolb

Ashley Kolb has a strong background in finance and operations, with experience in various roles at different companies. Ashley is currently serving as the Senior Director of Product and Technology Operations at Polly (formerly DealerPolicy). Prior to this, they worked as the VP of Finance at Driven Data, where they enhanced financial and accounting systems and managed day-to-day finance functions. Ashley also served as the Director of FP&A, leading financial processes and providing strategic insights.

Before that, Ashley was the Director of Finance & Plant Controller at Kysor Warren, where they led financial planning, managed accounting operations, and oversaw the ERP migration of Finance and Accounting. Ashley also worked as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, contributing to the sale and divestiture of the business unit and identifying gaps in sales quoting processes.

Ashley's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Financial Analyst at Oracle, where they created standard processes for accounting, reporting, and forecasting. Ashley also served as a Financial Analyst II at Level 3 Communications, developing complex budgets and providing recommendations for profitability improvement. Additionally, they worked as the Chief of Staff and Financial Manager at Zayo Group, overseeing reporting, budgeting, and special projects, and later transitioned into a Product Manager role, analyzing service revenues and driving efficiencies.

Ashley Kolb completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business between 2005 and 2009. Ashley then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. In the future, Ashley plans to attend Fullstack Academy to earn a Certificate in Product Management, starting in 2023 and completing the program by 2033.
