Marcin Rusek

Marcin Rusek is an experienced professional in well control and safety management with a career spanning from 2004 to the present. Currently serving as the Well Control Rescue Unit Manager at PGNiG SA since April 2008, Marcin supervises and coordinates all rescue unit activities, develops emergency plans, and provides training on blowout prevention and well control in compliance with Polish regulations and API standards. Previous roles include Well Control Specialist during a contract in Denmark and various positions at ExaloDrilling, where responsibilities included assisting with rig operations, safety supervision, and staff training. Marcin holds a Master of Science degree in Oil and Gas Drilling from AGH University of Krakow and a certificate in Business Management from Krakow University of Economics.
