Ryan Zimmerman

Ryan Zimmerman, PHR, SHRMCP, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at POLYWOOD® since September 2015, where responsibilities include driving strategy and leading comprehensive HR functions such as workforce planning, talent strategy, and workplace culture enhancement. With a history of progressive leadership roles in human resources, Ryan's experience spans from Senior Director and Director of Human Resources at POLYWOOD® to HR Manager at Utilimaster Corporation, overseeing employment practices for over 900 employees, and various HR Generalist positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Ryan's career began at Essenhaus, Inc., where management of HR functions for 450+ employees was demonstrated. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Bethel University.
