Rajesh Nair

He is the Executive President and the CHRO of the company. He joined the organization on May 10, 2021.

Rajesh holds an MBA degree from the Sydenham Institute of Management, Mumbai, and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai. He is a certified HR professional from XLRI and Fulbright Scholar from Carnegie Mellon, USA.

He has worked with Tata Motors for 28 years,18 of which were in Sales & Marketing across International Business, Passenger Cars, and Commercial Vehicles.

In 2011 he shifted gears and moved into the HR function where he headed multiple leadership roles across Talent Acquisition, HR shared services, Business HR Partnering, and Administration. Prior to Polycab, he was the Head – of HR Commercial, Commercial Vehicle Business Unit.
