Lu Chen

Lu Chen has a diverse work experience spanning over various industries and roles.

Lu started their career at Swiss Life in 2003, working as a Member of the group pension team until September 2006.

From September 2006 to November 2007, they worked at Aon Risk Management & Consulting as an Account Manager for Global Clients. During the same period, they also served as the Manager for Greater China Group at AON.

In 2007, Lu Chen joined Talent & Pro Business Consulting Shanghai Ltd. as the General Manager. Their role involved providing HR solutions to financial services in China, helping talents and professionals develop their careers within the industry.

Moving forward, they joined Du Bois Ording Design (dBOD) in August 2011 as the General Manager for China. In this role, they explored business opportunities for the Dutch design agency in China.

In 2017, Lu Chen became a partner at Postma Koeweiden Chen Design, and in 2018, they took on the role of Business Development Manager at Polyganics BV and VitalNext, both based in China.

Lu joined KUBO Greenhouse Projects in June 2019 as the Sales Manager for China, where they worked until June 2020.

Prior to these roles, Lu Chen worked as an Independent Consultant and Trainer at Before Boarding in 2010.

Lu Chen started their education at the University of Amsterdam in 1996 and completed their MSc in Economics in 2001. In 1999, they had the opportunity to study abroad as an exchange student at San Francisco State University, where they focused on Economics for one year.
