Stephan K.'s work experience started in 2007 as a Transportation Planner at Christian Salvesen. Stephan then worked as a Logistics Coordinator at Feyenpak Geschenkenservice BV, where they were responsible for planning and coordinating the packing of Christmas presents. After that, they worked on a Master thesis research project at Ahrend Productiebedrijf Sint-Oedenrode, focusing on improving coordination between different departments.

In 2008, Stephan took a gap year and traveled and worked abroad. When they returned in 2009, they became a Supply Chain Specialist at Abbott Logistics, where they were responsible for production and distribution planning of pharmaceutical ingredients.

From 2010 to 2011, Stephan worked as a Project Manager Logistics at ASUS Holland B.V., leading projects to improve logistic processes and outsourcing activities.

In 2011, they joined Yacht as an Interim Logistics Engineer/Planner, and subsequently worked at NedTrain | via Yacht as a Logistics Engineer/Planner and Project Leader. During this time, they were involved in various projects to improve production planning processes and was part of a modification project for the braking mechanism of a certain train serie.

Stephan then moved to FrieslandCampina in 2013, starting as a Masterplanner and later taking on roles such as Supply Network Planner, Continuous Improvement Supervisor, Project & Account Manager Outsourcing, and Supply Chain Manager 3rd party.

Most recently, Stephan has been working at Polyganics BV since 2023 as a Business Process Manager.

Stephan K. has an extensive education history in business administration, supply chains, project management, and logistics & economics. Stephan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Logistics & Economics from Hogeschool Drenthe in 2006. In 2008, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Operations & Supply Chains from the University of Groningen.

Seeking further expertise, Stephan earned a certification in Six Sigma & Lean - Green Belt from ProjectsOne in 2012. Additionally, they completed a facilitator training in Rootcause Analyses from CoThink in 2017. In the same year, they obtained another certification, this time in Six Sigma & Lean - Black Belt, from ProjectsOne.

In 2020 and 2021, Stephan attended Computrain to expand their knowledge in project management, earning a degree in IPMA-C Project Management. Furthermore, in August 2021, they obtained the certification of Certified Project Manager IPMA Level C from IPMA Certificering.
