Roman Behma

Roman Behma is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in blockchain technology and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Polygon Labs, Roman leads the design and implementation of complex software projects focused on scalability, performance, and security. Previously, Roman co-founded and acted as the CTO of Nerif Network, overseeing technological vision and strategy. Roman's background includes significant roles at Chainlink Labs and BloxStaking, where innovative features and Ethereum 2.0 Proof of Stake software were developed. Earlier positions involved backend and infrastructure development at CVSpot, Svitla Systems, E-COM, LLC, and LightSoft Research. Roman holds degrees from Kharkiv National University of Civil Engineering and Architecture and Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi National University.
