Dmitry Tolpanov

Dmitry Tolpanov has worked in the high-tech industry since 2000. Dmitry started their career at Stack Ltd as the Head of Telecommunications Department and Network and System Administrator. In 2005, they moved to General DataComm Ltd as the Deputy of CTO and Head of Projects Department, where they developed technical solutions based on Metro Ethernet, IP, IP/MPLS, WiFi technologies, and managed projects of OEM manufacturing of ADSL, IPTV, VoIP and WiFi Mesh equipment in APAC region. From 2009 to 2011, they were the Director of R&D at General DataComm Ltd and later IMAQLIQ LTD, where they managed own products development such as IPTV set-top-boxes and media centers, broadband access system based on EPON technology, and microwave point-to-point radio link system. In 2011, they became the Product Manager at IMAQLIQ Service LLC, and in 2013, they were the Project Manager at INRU LLC, where they managed OEM manufacturing for one of the biggest online and offline retailers in Russia. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at Healbe Corporation as the STO and Head of Embedded Software Development. Since 2020, they have been the Director of Product Development, Deputy Head of Product Management, and Product Owner, Expert at POLYN Technology, where they are in charge of managing the products portfolio development with different applications of their unique technology and drives the development of their leading product for the wearable market.

Dmitry Tolpanov's education history includes a Bachelor of Information Technology from Tomsk Polytechnic University from 1994 to 1998, a Master of Information Technology from Tomsk Polytechnic University from 1998 to 2000, a Certificate from 280 Group in Campbell, California in 2011 in Optimal Product Management and Marketing™, and a Orchestrating Winning Performance (OWP) in 2010 and 2011 from IMD.
