Stephany Richter

Stephany Richter has extensive work experience in human resources and organizational development. Stephany started their career in 1991 as a Human Resources Manager at Eskom (GBM) and then worked as a Change Consultant at Eskom Consulting Services from 1993 to 1995. Stephany later joined Eskom Peaking Generation as an Organizational Behavior Manager from 1995 to 1998. From 1998 to 2002, they served as the Group HR Manager at Monex's Ratanga Junction. Since 2002, Stephany has been with Polyoak Packaging, where they have held various roles including National Executive - HR and National Human Resources and Organizational Development Executive. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources and People Development at Polyoak Packaging.

Stephany Richter completed their education from 1984 to 1989 at the University of the Witwatersrand, where they earned an Honours degree in Industrial Social Work and a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM. Stephany'sfield of study during this period included Psychology, Industrial Social Work, and HR. Stephany later pursued further education from 2011 to 2012 at The Integral Coaching Centre, obtaining a Diploma in Coaching with a focus on Management and Life Coaching.
