Tribhuwan Joshi

Tribhuwan Joshi has extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly in coatings and plant operations. Since October 2018, Tribhuwan has been the Business Head of Offline Coatings and Plant Head at Polyplex Europa Turkey, where responsibilities encompass the entire business operation for offline coatings and plant management, including production, engineering, product/application development, and customer service. Joining Polyplex Europa in July 2005, Tribhuwan initially served as Plant Head, overseeing all plant operations, followed by a role as Head of Production, managing PET resin production, BOPET film production, metallization, and engineering utilities. Academically, Tribhuwan holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a degree in Chemical Engineering with specialization in Petrochemicals from the UP Technical Board.
