Dragana Motl

Dragana Motl has a strong background in design and graphic design. They have worked as a Digital Designer at Toptal since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Manager of UX & Design at Polyrific from 2020 onwards. They also worked as a Freelance UI/UX designer at Upwork from 2020 to 2022, where they collaborated with Polyrific on various design projects and created proofs of concept for website redesigns. Before that, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Naovis from 2017 to 2020 and at NO Solutions in 2017.

Dragana Motl completed their education at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad. Dragana obtained a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Engineering and Design from 2010 to 2015. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in the same field, which they completed from 2015 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Dragana also obtained a certification in UX: Interaction Design from Designlab (trydesignlab.com) in September 2020.
