Yolanda Escamilla is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at POM Wonderful since August 2024, Yolanda has previously held significant roles such as Human Resources Manager at Land O'Lakes, Inc. and Director of Human Resources at Fresno Madera Farm Credit and Betts Company. With a solid foundation in human resources management, Yolanda started the career in 2004 at Exopack and gained diverse experience through various positions, including HR Manager at The Home Depot and Human Resources Manager at Guardian Industries Corp. Yolanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from California State University, Fresno.
