Darshan Shakya

Darshan Shakya's work experience begins in 2009 when they worked as a Copywriter at Prosys Data Solutions until 2010. Darshan then took on various roles at Franklin & Marshall College from 2010 to 2014, including being an Assistant to Prof. Carol Davis, a Clerical Assistant, and a Shop Crew member. From 2012 to 2014, Darshan also served as a Student Web Developer and an Instructional Media Consultant at the college.

In 2014, Darshan joined ViewPoint Government Solutions as a Technology Intern for six months. Darshan then transitioned to ViewPoint Cloud, An OpenGov Company in 2015, where they worked as a Sr. Software Developer/Software Developer until 2019. After the acquisition, Darshan continued working at OpenGov Inc. from 2019 to 2022. Darshan held the roles of Tech Lead and Sr. Software Engineer, where they led a team of 13 developers and was responsible for new feature development, technical debt mitigation, and architecture scalability improvements.

Darshan'smost recent work experience is at Pomelo, Inc., where Darshan started in December 2022 as a Staff Software Engineer. No end date is provided for this role.

Darshan Shakya completed their A-levels in Business/Commerce, General from Rato Bangala School from 2007 to 2009. Darshan then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a double major in Computer Science and English at Franklin & Marshall College from 2010 to 2014.
