Sebastian Reichelt

Sebastian Reichelt has an extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles.

From 2019 to present, they are the CEO of Pomélo+Co., a company that aims to build confidence in women by helping them achieve their #hairgoals. Prior to this, they served as the SVP of Growth at the same company from 2019 to 2020.

In 2020, Reichelt also worked as a Lead Mentor at German Accelerator, where they provided guidance and support to startups.

In 2017, they worked as a Cornell Tech Crit Advisor at Cornell Tech, where they engaged with students and provided feedback and critique on their startup projects.

From 2015 onwards, Reichelt became a Mentor at StepUSA, a program that facilitates connections between German startups, investors, and corporations in the US startup ecosystem.

Sebastian has also served as an advisor for various companies including SWOX Surf Protection GmbH, LAYER Technologies, Inc., and Expectful.

In their earlier career, Reichelt co-founded and served as the COO of Bluum Inc, a subscription commerce business for new parents, from 2011 to 2017. Sebastian also co-founded and served as the COO of StyleFactory.com, a 2-sided marketplace for furniture design, from 2010 to 2011.

Throughout their career, Reichelt has demonstrated a strong background in leadership, mentoring, and business development across a diverse range of industries.

Sebastian Reichelt obtained their first degree, a Dipl.-Ing., MSc., in Management Sciences with a focus on Operations Management from Technische Universität Chemnitz. Sebastian pursued this degree from 2001 to 2006. Following this, from 2005 to 2006, they attended ETH Zürich to obtain a Master of Science (MSc.) degree in Industrial Service Management, Logistics, Operations, and Supply Chain Management.
