David Morley

David Morley has extensive experience in leadership positions related to government relations, policy, and infrastructure. David is currently serving as the Vice President of National Strategy and Government Relations at Pomerleau, where they are responsible for spearheading cross-Canada government and industry relations strategies. Prior to that, they worked as the Group Head of Corporate Affairs, Policy, and Communications at the Canada Infrastructure Bank, leading communications, stakeholder relations, and research efforts. David also served as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Communications at Infrastructure Ontario, where they oversaw corporate affairs and engagement initiatives. David's experience also includes roles at the Government of Manitoba, Ontario Ministry of Finance, and Government of Canada, where they provided strategic policy advice on infrastructure, economic development, and environmental issues.

David Morley earned a Bachelor's Degree in Honours Arts from the University of Guelph from 1994 to 1999. David later pursued a Master's Degree in Public Administration at the University of Manitoba from 2009 to 2010. In 2011, they attended Ryerson University to study Leadership and Management of Government and Business Enterprises. David also completed the Program on Negotiation at Harvard University in 2012. Lastly, in 2015, they attended the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management Executive Leadership program.
