Derek Noppe

Derek Noppe has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Derek is currently the Director of Strategic Development at Pomerleau, a position they have held since February 2022. Before joining Pomerleau, Derek worked at Lar-Mex Inc as the Vice President of Construction from July 2021 to January 2022, and as the Vice President of Sales from May 2020 to July 2021. Prior to their time at Lar-Mex Inc, Derek was self-employed briefly in 2020, exploring various opportunities. From January 2019 to May 2020, they held the position of Director of Preconstruction at Modern Niagara, and prior to that, they were the Chief Estimator Ottawa at the same company from August 2005 to February 2020.

Derek Noppe completed their education in Project Management at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology in 2005. Prior to that, they studied Business Administration, Management, and Operations at the same institution, completing it in 1990. In addition, they obtained the Gold Seal Certification from the Ottawa Construction Association in 2008.
